The Council of Learning Assistance and Developmental Education Associations (CLADEA) stands in unwavering support of learning center leaders during this time of change and uncertainty stemming from policy shifts in Washington, D.C. We recognize the vital role you play in ensuring that all students are included, visible, and heard. We support your efforts to provide your students with academic success services that remove barriers and strive to provide equal opportunities and access.
As national conversations and legislative actions rapidly evolve, CLADEA remains committed to advocating for the values that drive our profession—developing best learning practices, upholding academic excellence, and promoting a sense of belonging for all students. We encourage learning center leaders to stay resilient, lean on our professional community, and continue their critical work in shaping a future where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
